Plasma Caster is a good heavyguns weapons for non-PA VATS crit build. Still very good although the prime nerf this past week made it a bit less so imo. The caster is mainly a VATS weapon. It works outside alright, but the strength comes from headshots and crits. It fires rather slow and so every shot needs to count.Personally, if your going bloodied get bloodied. You say you already have another bloody weapon so I assume you have full unyielding. If not bloody, go for quad.
